Booking terms
These terms apply to every aria'spresso event package. You accept them when you pay your deposit.
Deposit and payment
Prices on our website are a guide. Your personal quote sets the total you pay.
A 30% deposit secures your date. The remaining 70% is due 7 days before your event.
We prefer payment by bank transfer. Our bank details are on your quote.
Cancellations

| You cancel within 2 weeks | A $75 fee applies; the rest of your deposit is refunded. |
| You cancel within 1 week | We keep the 30% deposit and refund the 70% balance. |
| aria'spresso × You branding has been ordered | The poster, menu board and cup stickers aren't refundable at any stage. |
| We cancel (machine breakdown or unsafe weather) | You get a full refund. to be confirmed |
Service and extensions
- Drinks are unlimited for your booked hours. Service ends at your finish time.
- About 15 minutes before your finish time, we'll offer an extra hour or half hour at the add-on rates.
Our on-time promise
If we're not ready to pour at your agreed start time, we'll take $100 off your balance. This applies when we've had access to the venue an hour before service, as agreed.
Travel
Travel within 30 km of Denham Court is included on every package. The Signature and aria'spresso × You include travel up to 50 km. On The Classic, travel of 30–50 km is $70. Beyond 50 km, travel is quoted per event.
Venue and timing
- You confirm your venue allows a coffee cart.
- You provide a power outlet, flat ground, shelter from sun and rain, and access 1 hour before service.
- Specials are chosen at least 2 weeks before your event. aria'spresso × You is booked at least 3 weeks ahead.
Allergens
We take care to avoid cross-contact but can't guarantee an allergen-free environment. We handle dairy, soy and nuts.
